Vistalmar is a small, brand-new residence of just ten homes on Passeig del Clot in Pego. Our apartment is bright and modern, with an open-plan kitchen and living room, a generous terrace and a private garden opening onto the shared gardens and pool.
Pego sits in the heart of the Marina Alta: ten minutes to the wide sandy beaches of Oliva, twenty minutes to the harbour of Dénia, and the mountains of the Vall de Gallinera literally in the back garden. A genuine Spanish town with a lively market, welcoming squares and a mild climate all year round.
